4. Shipping & In-Store Pickup

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Lady Ks Kouture is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

In-store pickup is available at:
1116 Cherokee Ave, Suite #5, Gaffney, SC 29341

Pickup availability is currently limited to Saturdays between 7:00 AM – 12:00 Noon, until further notice.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy, which is available on our website. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

We strive to display product colors, sizing, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual product.
