At Lady Ks Kouture, we are committed to delivering your order as efficiently and securely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before completing your purchase.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During launches, promotions, or live shopping events, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (if available):

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

Lady Ks Kouture is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Promotions offering free or discounted shipping may be available for a limited time.

In-Store Pickup

We are pleased to offer in-store pickup at our physical boutique.

Pickup Hours:
Saturdays | 7:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
(Until further notice)

  • Select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout

  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready

  • Please bring your order confirmation for pickup

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Lady Ks Kouture is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or delayed packages due to address errors

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If your package is:

  • Lost – please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

  • Damaged – contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage

We will assist with carrier claims when applicable, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

At this time, Lady Ks Kouture ships within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
